본 약관은 Line by Line, LLC(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 iOS 앱 "관단"(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 삭제해 주세요.
진행상황 백업을 위해 계정이 필요합니다. 계정은 본인만 사용해야 하며 타인과 공유하거나 양도할 수 없습니다.
앱 내 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 서버의 백업과 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터가 함께 지워집니다.
티켓은 게임을 하기 위해서만 쓰는 가상의 아이템입니다. 실제 돈이 아니며, 현금으로 바꾸거나 환불받을 수 없고, 다른 이용자와 거래할 수 없습니다.
티켓은 이용 권한일 뿐이며, 이용자에게 재산권이 생기지 않습니다.
이 게임은 도박이 아닙니다. 실제 돈을 걸 수 없고, 현금 상금도 없으며, 티켓을 현금으로 사거나 팔 수 없습니다.
티켓은 시간이 지나면 무료로 충전되거나 광고를 보면 받습니다. 계정을 지우거나 서비스가 끝나면 남은 티켓은 사라지고 따로 보상하지 않습니다.
앱을 역공학·변조하는 행위, 비정상적인 방법으로 게임 결과나 재화를 조작하는 행위, 타인의 계정을 사용하는 행위, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다.
위반이 확인되면 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 추적 허용 여부에 따라 맞춤 또는 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다.
개발자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경은 앱 또는 공지를 통해 알립니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱이 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 작동한다고 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 이용자와 개발자 사이의 계약이며 Apple은 당사자가 아닙니다. 앱에 대한 책임은 개발자에게 있습니다.
Apple은 앱에 대한 유지·보수나 지원을 제공할 의무가 없습니다.
앱이 보증에 부합하지 않을 경우 Apple에 통지하면 구매 대금을 환불받을 수 있으며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Apple은 그 외 어떠한 보증 책임도 지지 않습니다.
제조물 책임, 법령 위반, 소비자 보호 관련 청구를 포함해 앱에 관한 이용자의 청구는 개발자가 처리합니다.
제3자가 앱이 자신의 지식재산권을 침해한다고 주장하는 경우 그 조사·방어·해결은 개발자가 담당합니다.
Apple과 그 자회사는 본 약관의 제3수익자이며, 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하면 Apple은 본 약관을 이용자에게 직접 집행할 권리를 가집니다.
본 약관은 미국 델라웨어주 법률에 따라 해석되며, 법률의 저촉에 관한 원칙은 적용하지 않습니다.
본 약관이나 앱과 관련한 분쟁은 미국 캘리포니아주에 소재한 주 법원 또는 연방 법원을 관할로 합니다.
다만 이용자가 소비자인 경우, 거주 국가의 강행 소비자보호 법령이 이용자에게 부여하는 권리는 본 조에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.

These Terms govern your use of the iOS app "Guandan" (the "App") provided by Line by Line, LLC ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
An account is required to back up your progress. Your account is for your own use only and may not be shared or transferred.
You can delete your account at any time in the App via Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting removes both the server backup and the game data stored on your device.
Tickets are a virtual item you use only to play the game. They are not real money, and they cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or traded with other players.
Tickets are a licence to use them in the game; they give you no property right.
This game is not gambling. You cannot bet real money, there are no cash prizes, and tickets cannot be bought or sold for cash.
You get tickets from a free timed refill or by watching ads. If you delete your account or the service ends, any remaining tickets are gone and are not compensated.
Do not reverse engineer or modify the App, manipulate game results or currency by abnormal means, use another person's account, or interfere with the service.
We may restrict access, suspend, or delete accounts for violations without prior notice.
The App serves rewarded ads. Ads are personalized or non-personalized depending on your tracking permission.
We may change or discontinue the service. Material changes will be announced in the App or by notice.
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
We are responsible for addressing your claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
If a third party claims the App infringes its intellectual property, we are responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of that claim.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits any rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

本条款规定 Line by Line, LLC（"我们"）提供的 iOS 应用"掼蛋"（"本应用"）的使用条件。安装或使用本应用即视为同意本条款。若不同意，请删除本应用。
备份游戏进度需要账号。账号仅限本人使用，不得共享或转让。
您可随时在应用内 设置 → 账号 → 删除账号 删除账号。删除后，服务器备份与设备上的游戏数据将一并清除。
门票是仅用于进行游戏的虚拟道具。它不是真实货币，不能兑换现金、不能退款，也不能与其他用户交易。
门票仅为使用权，用户不因此取得财产权。
本游戏不是赌博。不能用真实货币下注，没有现金奖励，门票也不能以现金买卖。
门票会随时间免费补充，或通过观看广告获得。删除账号或服务终止时，剩余门票将消失，且不予补偿。
禁止对本应用进行逆向工程或篡改、以异常方式操纵游戏结果或货币、使用他人账号、妨碍服务运营。
一经发现违规，我们可在不事先通知的情况下限制使用或停用、删除账号。
本应用提供激励广告。根据您的跟踪授权，展示个性化或非个性化广告。
我们可以变更或终止服务。重大变更将通过应用或公告告知。
本应用按"现状"提供。我们不保证其不间断或无错误地运行。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的间接、附带或后果性损害负责。
本条款仅存在于您与我们之间，Apple 不是当事方。本应用由我们负责，而非 Apple。
Apple 没有义务为本应用提供任何维护或支持服务。
若本应用不符合任何适用的保证，您可通知 Apple，Apple 将退还购买价款；在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 不承担其他保证责任。
与本应用相关的用户主张（包括产品责任、法律合规与消费者保护相关主张）由我们负责处理。
若第三方主张本应用侵犯其知识产权，相关调查、抗辩与解决由我们负责。
Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，您接受本条款后，Apple 有权对您直接执行本条款。
本条款受美国特拉华州法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规则。
与本条款或本应用有关的争议，由位于美国加利福尼亚州的州法院或联邦法院管辖。
但如您为消费者，本条不限制您居住国强制性消费者保护法律赋予您的权利。
